RETURNS

We must be notified within 14 days of your order arriving if you wish to return the item. Please notify us via email hello@native21.com if you’d like to return or exchange sizes. Buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred, which must be returned within 14 days. Please obtain proof of return postage.

POSTAL ISSUES

We primarily use Royal Mail to ship items. We can not note orders as missing until 10 working days after the dispatch date. If your order still has not arrived by then, please do get in touch.

We can not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses given on an order but will be happy to change the details if notified before dispatch.

PRE-ORDERS

For pre-orders, please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated arrival times as these are subject to change (usually max one week either side of the estimated time). Items will be sent as soon as they arrive in stock.

Any items ordered alongside pre-order items will be sent as normal at no additional shipping charge.

NAKED CARDS

What is the Naked Cards pledge? Naked Cards is a campaign to encourage card sellers to ditch plastic cellos in favour of the either Naked cards or paper packaging - meaning less unnecessary plastics harming our environment. In 2019, we ditched the nasty cello bags for all online orders, and now cards will be sent with 0% plastic safe in the protection of our thick hardback envelopes.
